Workplace Wellness

Established in 2018 as a part of Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc., My Lyfe Wellness+ partners with employers to provide occupational health services, acute and primary health care, curated wellness programs, chronic care management, and pharmacy delivery through our network of onsite and near-site Federally Qualified Health Centers. My Lyfe Wellness+ currently partners with industries involved in manufacturing, logistics, health care, heavy-equipment sales and service, government agencies, public education and post-secondary educational institutions.
